Choose a billing type and data allowance

Choose a monthly plan for regular use or a data pack for occasional use. Switch tabs below to see the available plans.

Monthly plans suit users with regular international access needs. Data resets monthly on the activation date. For mid-cycle upgrades, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days.

Light usage

Monthly Plan · 60GB

¥9.9 / month

For users who mainly browse web pages, use work sites, and access text-based AI tools. Track your actual usage before deciding whether you need a higher allowance; that’s more useful than choosing based on device count alone. Video, file transfers, and app updates also use data, so don’t assume they consume the same amount as text-based browsing.

Everyday mixed use

Monthly Plan · 250GB

¥18 / month

For everyday use across research, collaboration tools, and streaming. Compared with the light-use plan, the main reason to choose this tier is to allow for more browsing, not to get extra device slots. Streaming quality, file sizes, and background app activity all affect data use, so adjust your usage based on the figures shown in your account.

Higher data needs

Monthly Plan · 500GB

¥28 / month

For frequent access to international sites and heavier video streaming or file transfer needs. A larger allowance doesn’t mean unlimited data or change a destination site’s access rules. Review your recent usage, separate ongoing needs from occasional large file transfers, and then decide whether this plan is right for you.

Included with every plan

Allowances and billing types differ; device support and network coverage are described consistently across plans.

Unlimited devices at the same time
There’s no need to choose a tier based on device count. Whether you work on a computer or read on a mobile device, choose based on your actual data needs. Unlimited devices doesn’t change your plan’s data allowance. Check usage in your account panel.
110+ countries / 180+ routes
Coverage indicates the range of available regions and routes. Choose based on your destination service, local network, and actual access conditions; the number of regions alone doesn’t guarantee availability on a particular app. See the global server locations page for route details.
Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux
Supported platforms are listed above. Get the client and subscription through the user panel. For other platforms, sign in to access the client; an active plan is required for the iOS entry point. Sign in to get your subscription. For setup steps, see the setup guide.
Anonymous, no logs
Our privacy statement uses the consistent description “anonymous, no logs.” See the Privacy Policy for details on data handling. Keep your account password and subscription information secure, and don’t share them in public forums.

Monthly Plans vs. Data Packs

Compare how data is replenished before comparing prices. Billing type says more about whether a plan fits than the payment amount alone.

Choose an allowance based on what you do online

When choosing a plan, start by reviewing your typical tasks: do you mostly use text-based AI and browse web pages, or do you stream video and transfer files regularly? The same connection time can use very different amounts of data, so don’t convert plan allowances into a standard number of streaming or work hours. The number of devices online at once isn’t a reliable measure of usage either; check background updates, syncing, and downloads too.

If you don’t yet have a consistent usage history, consider your usage pattern before choosing a billing type. For regular use, focus on the monthly allowance; for occasional bursts of activity, focus on the data pack’s remaining total. Don’t choose the largest tier for a task you may not need, or assume the lowest price suits every use case. Check your account usage in the panel before making adjustments for a more informed decision.

Payment methods and order confirmation

AlipayWeChat PayUSDT

No email address required. Create an account with a username and password, then choose a plan in the panel.

Check your plan before paying

In the user panel, first check the plan name, price, data allowance, and billing type. For a monthly plan, check the monthly allowance; for a data pack, check its total data. Don’t rely on similar plan names alone. If you’re upgrading a monthly plan mid-cycle, review how the price difference is prorated for the remaining days and use the order details shown in the panel.

Choose Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT, then follow the payment instructions shown in the panel. If anything looks different from what you expected, stop and check the order before proceeding. Don’t pay based on transfer instructions from an unverified source, and never share your account password or full subscription details.

Check the original order after payment

After paying, return to the panel and check the original order status and whether your account benefits have updated. Check both the payment page result and the order record in your account; whether a site currently loads in the client doesn’t confirm that an order was successful. If the status is still pending, keep the original order details and don’t create the same order again right away.

If you need help checking an order, submit a ticket through the user panel with the order details and payment issue. Redact any personal information in payment records that isn’t relevant to the issue. Once the order is verified, follow the setup guide to get the client and subscription, then check that the target app is using the selected route.

30-day refund policy

Refund requests and information to prepare

The refund policy and data billing rules are separate. Find out where to submit a request and keep the relevant order details.

To request a refund, sign in to the user panel and submit a ticket stating your request and the relevant order. Read the Refund Policy for eligibility and handling details. This page doesn’t interpret the refund policy as extra data, an extended plan, or another offer, and doesn’t estimate processing times.

If your refund request also involves connection issues, include the platform, route region, target app, and error message to help distinguish an order issue from an access issue. Describe what happened without sharing your account password, full subscription link, or other sensitive credentials. You can add information to the original ticket to keep the review in context.

Billing and refund FAQs

Pricing, devices, refunds, and payment methods, explained consistently.

How much do the plans cost? What is the lowest monthly price?

¥9.9/month for 60GB; ¥18/month for 250GB; ¥28/month for 500GB. Data packs cost ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Data packs never expire and remain available until used. Compare monthly plans and data packs by billing type and data needs, not price alone.

How many devices can use one account at the same time?

Unlimited devices on every plan. Supported platforms: Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Device limits and data allowances are separate; keep an eye on your remaining account data when using multiple devices.

How many days is the refund period, and how do I request a refund?

30-day refund policy. Sign in to the user panel and submit a ticket with the relevant order and refund request. If you’re also experiencing connection issues, include the platform and a description of the issue to help with verification. See the refund policy for eligibility and handling details. Don’t include your account password or full subscription link in a ticket.

Which payment methods are accepted?

Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Choose a plan in the user panel and check the price, data allowance, and billing type on the order before selecting a payment method. After payment, return to the panel to check the order status and account benefits. If the status is still pending, check the original order before trying again.

When does monthly plan data reset, and can I upgrade mid-cycle?

Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date. For mid-cycle upgrades, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. The reset date isn’t the first day of the calendar month. Check the changes shown in the panel before confirming an upgrade. Data packs don’t follow the monthly plan reset rule.

Do data packs expire if I don’t use them for a long time?

Data packs remain available until used and never expire. They suit users with irregular usage who want to plan international access around their remaining data. Data isn’t replenished monthly. Choose based on your actual usage rather than treating a data pack as a monthly allowance.
