This policy applies to the processing of personal data on the VPNIz marketing website and user panel. VPNIz uses data only as needed to provide subscription services, complete transactions, and handle support requests. When visiting international websites, their own privacy policies apply.
Account and Order Data
No email address is required; an account can be created with a username and password. VPNIz uses the username, password verification information, and account status for authentication, access authorization, and account management. An email address is not required for registration. Do not include personal information unrelated to the service in your username or support ticket.
Order records include the selected plan, order amount, payment status, transaction reference information, and refund processing records. They are used to activate benefits, verify payments, and resolve billing disputes. Traffic usage and plan status are used to calculate remaining traffic and maintain subscription benefits, not to create records of websites visited. Descriptions and attachments submitted with a support ticket are used only to handle the relevant request.
Anonymous No-Logs Policy
VPNIz follows an anonymous no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit, store browsing content, destination URLs, or DNS query history, or maintain connection logs that link accounts to specific browsing activity.
Establishing connections and forwarding data require the temporary processing of necessary session state while the service is running. This state is not persistently stored as connection logs that could be used to trace browsing activity, and is not retained as a user activity profile after a session ends. Account-level cumulative traffic is subscription metering data and is handled separately from browsing content. If troubleshooting requires users to provide error details, submit only the necessary excerpts and remove passwords, access tokens, and subscription URLs first.
Site Analytics and Local Storage
Website analytics help us understand page visits, referral sources, and button usage to improve content and user flows. These analytics do not represent records of sites users visit through international routes. Do not enter account credentials in page addresses or search parameters, as they may be transmitted with page requests.
Cookies and local storage are used for settings such as maintaining necessary session state, saving login credentials, and storing language preferences. Their specific purposes depend on the features in use. Users can restrict or clear this data through their browser settings. Clearing it may require signing in again or reselecting preferences. Signing out and clearing browser data do not delete a server-side account or order.
Payment Processing and Data Sharing
VPNIz supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment service, and data it processes to complete transactions is subject to that service's rules. VPNIz receives payment results and transaction reference information needed to confirm orders. Users are not asked to provide payment account passwords to customer support.
Data is shared with relevant processors only as necessary to provide the service, verify payments, handle user requests, or meet applicable legal obligations. VPNIz does not sell personal information. When using third-party websites or payment pages, check the page's source and review its privacy notice.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account data is retained for as long as needed to maintain the account and subscription benefits. Order and refund data is retained for as long as needed for billing verification, dispute resolution, and applicable legal requirements. Support ticket data is retained while a request is being handled and for any necessary follow-up checks. When the purpose has ended and there is no basis for further retention, relevant data should be deleted or de-identified. A single fixed retention period is not applied in place of each data type's actual purpose.
Users can sign in to the panel and use the support ticket page to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account data. Account control must be verified before processing. Deletion may affect sign-in, subscription access, and future support. Data that must be retained by law or remains involved in a transaction dispute is not removed immediately upon an account deletion request; any restrictions should be explained in the response.
Policy Updates and Questions
If data processing purposes or service features change, VPNIz will update this page and revise the last-updated month. Changes that materially affect user rights should be announced on the website or in the panel. When a new processing purpose requires separate consent, updating this policy does not replace the necessary authorization.
